SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

  • We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service.
  • Orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days, usually sooner. However, during sales and busy seasons, it may take longer. We are always working diligently to get your items to you as quickly as possible. 
  • When your order is packed for shipping, you will receive a tracking number to the e-mail address you provided.
  • You can track your package at www.usps.com
  • If you need an item quickly, please message us through instagram or facebook, and we will be sure to ship your item the next day.
  • Orders placed on Friday and the weekends will go out the next week.
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Where is my package?

  • All shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. 
  • If your tracking says your package has been delivered, yet it's nowhere to be found, please contact your local post office or USPS directly to handle this issue.

  • We cannot be held accountable for packages once they are in the hands of the postal service. If your package appears to be at a standstill in the USPS tracking system, you may file a lost package claim at USPS.com or call the number above.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to inability to deliver to correct address. 
  • Also, be sure to check with reception or the office if you live in a building with multiple residents. 
  • If you are missing an item, please check your email to be sure we haven't sent you an email stating an item was out of stock. If you have not received an email and a refund, please message us to let us know about the missing item. Contact us through email at hello@miltonscloset.com. Please be sure to include what item is missing and your name and order number.
